Matt Brooker – Owner & Head Trainer
Concept Fitness was formed by Matt Brooker. Having served in the Regular Army and later with the Territorial Army as a PTI (physical training instructor), Matt went on to complete the Advanced Personal Training Diploma with Premiere Training UK. He has also completed various other courses to ensure he has the most up to date and varied techniques possible.
Matt has a great motivational, no nonsense approach to achieving the required results, while being able to keep the sessions both fun and varied. He is meticulous about driving the right behaviour and techniques and will always do what is required to ensure his clients acheive the required results.
Brett Matthews – Boot Camp Instructor
Having qualified as a REP’s level 2 gym instructor Brett has a great approach especially when it comes to Boot Camp. Having also served in both the regular and territorial army Brett is uniquely adept at taking the outdoor sessions. He can motivate and make the sessions great fun whilst maintaining a strong work ethic throughout.
Sara Whittaker – Boxercise Instructor
Sara started out as a personal training client with Matt and built up such as passion for it she decided to gain her gym instructors qualification. Since doing so Sara has gone on to qualify as a Boxercise instructor, this is something she has a real passion and talent for.
