Boot Camp Fitness

What is it?

Boot Camp is a set of 8 outdoor fitness sessions held every month. The sessions take place in the park, on the tennis courts, astro turf, on the hills and even the surrounding roads.

The sessions are varied to ensure you remain interested and enthusiastic. Each session lasts for approximately 60 mins from warm up to cool down / stretching.
